Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and any application submitted through it. The site sets out what a funding advisory service does and provides the means to ask for one. It does not extend an offer, promise capital, or give advice of a financial, legal or taxation character; illustrative sums, where they appear, are illustrations.
What signing the application does
It authorises assessment, and it authorises us to put the file to funders. It does not bring a funding agreement into existence, and it leaves you free to decline whatever comes back. Should funding proceed, a separate agreement governs it, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.
Your confirmations
- That you have reached 18 and may apply for the business named.
- That the entries are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- That the statements uploaded belong to that business and have not been altered.
- That the capital is sought for trade rather than for a household.
Where an application is found to carry knowingly false entries it is refused, and it may be reported.
Commercial use
Capital arranged here is commercial. It is outside the consumer-credit regime, it carries none of that regime's protections, and it may not be applied to personal, family or household expenditure.
Conduct on the site
Leave the controls alone, do not flood the site, and do not go looking for ways around either. Applications must be made for businesses you may lawfully bind. Nothing hostile may be uploaded, and nothing here may be harvested mechanically. Access ends where any of that begins.
Uptime and accuracy
The site comes as it is. Keeping it up and keeping it right are both worked at and neither is guaranteed; anything on it may move or disappear without warning.
Third-party links
A link leaving this site leads somewhere we do not operate. What that destination contains, and what it does with information given to it, is its responsibility.
Liability
So far as the law permits, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss flowing from use of this site. Nothing written here purports to exclude liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.
